It's a WRAP on decision-making

We make decisions every day. Sometimes the problems we're trying to solve are large and involve many moving parts, often including a wide range of people and processes. WRAP is a framework to help make better decisions. When we:

  • Widen our options we can consider solutions out of our frame of reference opening lots more opportunities.
  • Reality-testing our assumptions and options often narrows down a field of candidates to those we can test as proofs of concept.
  • Adding some distance from emotional decision-making will see our solutions stand the test of time and punishment.
  • Preparing to be wrong by anticipating problems and planning for both failure and success.
